First and foremost I want to thank you for stopping by. You probably heard that I’m now offering online personal training. I’ve had a lot of people curious about online training asking the same question, “How can I do personal training online and get the same benefits of having you next to me pushing me?” First off, in a way I am next to you through the app, with videos of your personalized workout and holding you accountable for the workouts I design for you.
However I came up with a great jump start program to get you started with HIIT or get you back on track with your fitness, at the same time giving you an introduction to Online Personal Training. Think of it as a preview to online personal training.
High-Intensity interval training (HIIT) is huge right now! And for good reason, you literally burn more fat in less time. In steady state cardio your body adjusts to the workload and actually tries to conserve energy. By alternating between short intervals of high-intensity exercises followed by short intervals of rest or active recovery you are keeping your body in a state of confusion so you don’t adapt and burn more energy (calories).
And say hello to after burn! Also known as excess post-exercise oxygen consumption or simply, EPOC. The more intense the exercise, the more oxygen your body consumes afterward, meaning you burn calories long after your workout is complete.
So 7 Days of HIIT is a NO equipment fitness program for higher fat burn in shorter periods of time. The different HIIT routines will boost your metabolism while challenging your cardio vascular system on a daily basis.
High Intensity Interval Training is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval based workout combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. You’ll have a mix of body weight resistance, plyometrics, and unilateral exercises.
All I ask is that you are committed for the 7 days of this challenge. It’s hard. You will be sore, you will want to quit, and you may even fail to complete some of the exercises. But don’t give up!
What happens when I sign up?
Once you purchase the 7 Days of HIIT Super Bowl Challenge you will receive an email with information on how to start and access your workout program online or on your phone and how to download your training app. You will be able to follow your workouts with guided videos and instructions on the web or your phone. I will be able to follow and review your progress online. Bring your workouts to the gym, at home, outside, on vacation or anywhere you go.
Why seven days?
Seven days is not nearly enough time to implement real change however seeing yourself being consistent and working hard everyday with these high intensity workouts is enough momentum to keep you going way past 7 days. And these workouts can be repeated the follow week and the week after that so just keep going.
