I’m Nicole! I’m the founder of Body Goddess, and dedicated to redefining how people feel about their bodies. With a holistic approach to health and fitness, I empower Women and Families to create their own versions of health and happiness, through healthy eating, physical activity, and lifestyle changes. 

With a degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, plus Multiple Personal Training and Health Coaching certifications, I am equipped professionally to help you. However, it is my personal experience raising my five kids on my own for over a decade while struggling through my own health and fitness journey that really sets me up to be a better coach.

Through personalized nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle changes, you’ll create your own version of health and happiness, where overall well-being and longevity takes center stage. I’ll guide you in customizing your diet, managing cravings, and finding the right workouts for you while looking at ALL areas of your life. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need to make gradual, lifelong changes, that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
